Signing up for GreenCC
To become a GreenCC user, go to the GreenCC homepage, click Sign Up and complete the form.
That’s right – only four fields to fill in – login, password, email and your company abbreviation so you can access GreenCC with your own custom link. No need to enter personal data or payment details.
Tip: Keep the company name short and simple as it will become your access link to GreenCC.
Immediately after you click Give me access now, you will receive the confirmation link in your email inbox and can start using GreenCC.
Importing a contact list
There is only one thing left to do before you can start calling: importing your contacts.
To do this, go to the Import tab on the left side.
Note: We already created a campaign for you and you can see it selected in the top left corner. This default campaign has one task Outbound Call, which is likewise selected. Your contacts will be imported into this task.
The easiest way to upload your contact list is to cut and paste your contacts from a spreadsheet table like Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Docs.
Note: Your contact list can have an unlimited number of rows and columns.
Select the column headings and contact data you wish to import, then copy and paste into from clipboard.
Note: GreenCC instantly analyzes your contact list and shows a preview at the bottom of the page. Do you see all your columns named with meaningful column headings?
It is essential for GreenCC to know which column(s) contain the main contact phone number. Select the corresponding fields in Phone number mapping. Please double-check that the $phone column in the preview shows the contact’s main phone number in the international format (e.g. +15552569999) and that the country prefix is correct one for your call destination.
Note: You can split your phone number across up to 3 columns.
Once the preview looks as expected press the button in the upper right corner and enjoy the short break while the progress indicator makes it way towards the 100% mark.
Making your first call
With the contacts in the system, you can now make your first call. Open the Call tab and start calling by clicking
Note: If you were eligible for free call credit you can make a call right away.
Tip: Once you run out of credit, you need to top up your account with a payment first. (see more)
Congratulations – You have now made your first GreenCC call.
Simple campaign
The first Call
With the Simple campaign, you can start immediately without losing extra time setting up and creating fields.
The best way to start is to import your contact list
To start an import, click on Import in the menu.
Select the Simple Campaign in the upper left corner.
Either insert your data directly into the field From clipboard or upload your Excel file as .csv via the From file field.
Please note that the first line of your template contains the column names.
Verify that the information in the Import Data Preview is displayed correctly before you start the import by pressing the save button in the upper right corner.
If the columns are highlighted in yellow, change them according to the specifications in the dropdown. Just click on the respective column names.
In particular, make sure that the $phone column shows the correct phone number.
If this is not the case, please select the correct telephone number column in the Phone number mapping.
If all fields have been correctly assigned, no more fields marked in yellow should appear and the data is ready for import. Confirm the import by pressing the Play button in the upper right corner.
Finally, the data should be checked once. To do this, go to the Campaigns tab in the menu and select the Simple campaign in the upper right-hand corner.
Now click on the mask symbol in the upper right corn for a preview of the agent mask, i. e. the area your agents are shown in the telephony.
Transfer to external website
You have a website with further contact information and want your agents to open it with a single click in a new tab? No problem!
All you need to do is to add the field Website to the import file and add the corresponding URL.
Transferring Calls
Agents can use the transfer function to forward customers to a predefined number in both inbound and outbound telephony.
To set up transfer functionality, proceed as follows:
In the Campaigns tab, click on the Ressources tab
Open the file transfer_config.yaml
under #transfer destination number, specify the forwarding number and field names for the drop-down in the agent mask.
under #caller number, enter the phone number to be transmitted as caller ID.
under #stop recording after transfer, specify whether voice recording is to be stopped after forwarding.

Would you like to see the records displayed when opening a new record? Make sure that the field names of the contact information are surrounded by curly brackets { } and unambiguously referenced.

Configuring call results
With GreenCC’s Simple campaign, your agents can of course select a call result for every call from your predefined call outcomes in the Call Result section.
GreenCC offers 5 fully customizable result fields, which are of course available for export.
Additional informations
If you would like to store additional information about your contacts, they can be displayed in the agent mask ( Call area) in the Information section.
For this purpose the import file must be extended by these fields.
Multi-Step Campaigns
The Multi-step campaign is built like the Simple campaign and is distinguished by an extra Task called Quality Call.
You can use this task to listen to the previously completed conversations or to start a callback.
